Our consulting division worked closely with a corporate client in the legal sector to assist in the development of the business' foundation pillars to facilitate the next 3 years of expansion after a highly successful and rapid start-up phase. 

We assisted with their overall strategy development, development of the employee value proposition, and talent attraction, retention and management. Specifically we assisted with: 

  • Full staff review to extract feedback and information on the internal operations of the company in order to define consistent themes leading to the identification of key issues and challenges. 
  • Development of Vision and Mission - working closely with the Directors of the business to develop a defined Vision and Mission to carve the direction for the business.
  • Development of Core Values - working closely with the Directors of the business to develop the Core Values which define how the philosophy behind how the business operates and interacts both externally and internally. 
  • Facilitation of full 
  • Development of Organisational Structure. 
  • Development of every individual's Role Description across all divisions of the company. 
  • Review of existing employment contracts to create consistency across the business. 
  • Attendance and facilitation of part of an 'away day' strategy session for the Directors. 
  • Key Performance Indicator development to tie into the business objectives, processes and individual responsibilities of staff members. 
  • Performance Management System and Process development with detailed breakdown of 
  • Review of Staff Handbook and recommendation of changes. 
  • Assisted in facilitating and encouraging a small recruitment supplier list so as to maximise the benefits of repeat business on both sides.
  • Development of the role of HR Administrator to formalise the management and responsibility of administering the 
  • Assisted in sourcing legal personnel for the London and Sydney office via a 'managed service' approach. 
  • Support and counsel to operations, sales and legal staff.
